Jeannard Carmen Ticong

Jeannard Carmen Ticong (b.1989) finished his Master of Church Music degree, with emphases in Voice and Conducting, at the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary, in Baguio City, Philippines. Following his graduation in 2015, Jeannard was invited to serve at the same seminary as instructor of Church Music, teaching courses such as Voice Pedagogy and Asian Music. Aside from his teaching post, he also serves as the conductor of the PBTS Tanglaw Singers since 2016. 

Currently teaching full-time, Jeannard is also pursuing a doctorate in Theology, with concentration on Church Music, at the Asia Baptist Graduate Theological Seminary. He also serves as volunteer Minister of Music at Baguio Chinese Baptist Church, the oldest Southern Baptist Church in the Philippines.

His passion for teaching and making music as well as love for people brought Jeannard to Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Camobdia, Laos, and to many regions in his beautiful homeland.
