London Bridge was created during a workshop with composer Ily Maniano. The idea of the piece is based on several historical accounts that tell of the possible origin for the famous nursery rhyme. The piece tells of the moment when the bridge was literally falling. In this setting, the arranger attempts to capture what could be the atmosphere when the event took place and describes the final section like watching helplessly as the bridge fell into the bottom of the river.
